YFA Hatha Class

This is our basic floor class, designed for those who are able to get up and down from the floor. It follows the basic model of our research classes, which have been associated with improved arthritis symptoms, better mood, enhanced physical fitness, and bolstered quality of life. If you want to follow the model of our research, try practicing it 2-3 times per week and notice how you feel after 8 weeks.
