The R.E.A.D.Y. 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an advanced training for yoga professionals who want to teach with clarity, confidence, and integrity in real-world settings. This program bridges rigorous research, lived experience, and compassionate application, with a strong emphasis on working with arthritis, chronic pain, and diverse populations. This training meets Yoga Alliance 300-hour requirements and integrates advanced content from Yoga for Arthritis, including coursework that aligns with IAYT competencies.

This is not about memorizing techniques or collecting hours.

You will learn how to teach yoga safely and skillfully for people with arthritis, chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, and mobility differences.
