Come as you are and see what is possible.
Many yoga teachers and aspiring teachers live with arthritis, chronic pain, fatigue, or health conditions that shape how they move, teach, and show up. Too often, those experiences are treated as limitations. In reality, they may be your greatest strength. Join Jivana Heyman and Dr. Steffany Moonaz for a free live conversation exploring why lived experience matters in yoga spaces and how teachers who know their bodies deeply bring essential wisdom to the profession.
In this webinar, we will explore:
Why lived experience is a form of expertise, not a liability
How chronic pain, arthritis, and fatigue can shape safer, more thoughtful teaching
What the yoga world needs from teachers who understand embodiment from the inside out
How accessibility, discernment, and self-trust are part of professional integrity
